Clinical Counselling offers a supportive and inclusive space to help you overcome challenges, build emotional well being, and create meaningful change. Whether you are seeking support for ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, burnout, or personal growth, therapy can help you gain clarity and confidence. Our approach is neurodiversity affirming, trauma informed, and culturally sensitive, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Therapy to help you explore patterns, strengthen resilience, and move toward the life you want to create.

My name is Yuka Oshimi, a neurodivergent Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. I hold a Master of Counselling from Monash University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, and I am a Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy candidate, pursuing further education to advance my expertise and contribute to neurodiversity research and practice.

Born in Japan and raised in Singapore, I bring a multicultural perspective to my work. I specialize in supporting both neurodivergent and neurotypical adults in areas such as ADHD, autism, AuDHD, anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, life transitions, and stress. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma informed, and culturally sensitive, integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy to provide personalized support that honours each individual’s lived experience.

I look forward to connecting with you and supporting your journey toward self-understanding, growth, and well-being!
